The Police Support Services Command provides supervision, management, and administrative support to multiple department-wide sections necessary to support and enable effective policing operations. These programs include Internal Affairs, Career Services, Training, Planning, Fleet, Public Safety Communication Center, Records, Justice Programs, Technology, and Property Evidence and Investigations.

The Support Services Captain also serves as the Department’s liaison to the City of Casper’s human resources division, coordinating the recruitment and hiring, including promotional processes, and manages labor relations issues. The Captain provides guidance and direction for strategic planning, communication, and engagement operations.
