The Casper Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in gathering information in regard to multiple related auto burglaries in Casper.
Between January 9th and January 15th, 2020, Casper Police Officers responded to two separate auto burglaries taking place in hotel parking lots on the East side of Casper. The two crimes took place within blocks of each other and both showed signs of forced entry.
Numerous items were stolen from the vehicles. Hand tools, including a 2 ¾ inch torque wrench, a pelican case with ‘EXTRERRAN’ written on it, as well as a laser level with a laptop and specialized GPS based survey equipment were among some of the stolen items.
