Two Suspects Arrested in Domestic Homicide

UPDATE – Two suspects have been arrested in relation to this homicide.

The Natrona County District Attorney’s office has recommended the following charges:

Anthony Rodriguez, 31-year-old male: Second Degree Murder
Allison Solis, 31-year-old female: Accessory After the Fact to Second Degree Murder

The suspects were arrested in El Paso County, Colorado on Tuesday, November 19th, 2019.

This incident is still under investigation. Further information will be released as it becomes available.

The Casper Police Department is actively investigating a domestic homicide and has potential suspects in custody.

There is no current threat to the public.

On Monday, November 18th, 2019 shortly before 4:00 pm, officers responded to a welfare check at the 1200 block of South Conwell in Casper.

Upon entering the private residence, officers located a deceased adult female inside.

Casper Police Officers, detectives, and evidence technicians worked tirelessly through the night processing evidence and securing the scene. The scene is still actively being worked and will remain an active crime scene until the on-site portion of the investigation is completed. The around the clock, on-site investigation and security of the crime scene is estimated to take place for the next several days.

At this time, we are still requesting that the public avoid the area.

The Casper Police Department is investigating this incident as a homicide. The investigation remains in its beginning stages and will take time to properly complete. We are working in coordination with several local agencies to include the Natrona County District Attorney’s office to ensure a complete and thorough investigation is conducted.

“Any loss of life in our community is tragic, but the crime of homicide is devastating to all involved and can shake a community’s sense of safety,” Casper Police Chief Keith McPheeters said. “As we all mourn this senseless act of violence together, right now our commitment is with the victim’s family as they navigate through tragically losing a loved one. We ask that our community respect their privacy at this time until further information can be released.”
