Bomb Threat All Clear at Dean Morgan Junior High School

On May 24th at 12:35 pm, the Casper Police Department was notified of a reported bomb threat at Dean Morgan Junior High School in Casper.

No injuries have been reported. All students, staff, and faculty are safe. There is no threat to the public.

The Casper Police Department has taken the individual who initiated the threat into custody without incident.

The Natrona County School District and Casper Police Department followed all appropriate protocols.

Students, staff, and faculty were evacuated and reported to their rally points outside of the building.

The Casper Police Department thoroughly searched the facility. After inspection, nothing was found.

The Casper Police Department would like to thank the community and the Natrona County School District for their partnership to ensure a quick resolution to this incident.
